Dear Collingswood Community,
New Jersey has made it easier for seniors and eligible homeowners to apply for property tax relief by combining three key programs - Senior Freeze, ANCHOR, and Stay NJ - into one simple application, the PAS-1 form.
To help residents better understand these changes, the Borough of Collingswood will host a free informational session on April 17 at 1:00 pm at the Collingswood Senior Community Center.
